At SensesWA we put you in control. We encourage you to determine the amount of service and support you receive.
SensesWA offers two ways of managing your services:
Your NDIS Plan
NDIA Managed
At SensesWA we can manage your entire service for you. This includes:
- Recruiting the staff you require.
- Training staff.
- All other administrative requirements such as NDIA reporting.
We coordinate your service and provide ongoing support and training for your staff. However, no matter how your service is managed, you still remain in control. You ultimately make the decisions around who supports you and what the service looks like. Senses Australia will keep you informed and involved at all levels to ensure that you remain at the centre of everything we do.
Self-Management
At SensesWA, Self-Management is where you take responsibility for the management of all of the service except for dealings with the funder and maintenance of public liability insurance.
Self- Management provides a number of different ways that you can pay for your support workers. Your support worker can be employees, independent contractors or volunteers depending on what you require.
