Lisa Brennan graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Health Science, a Graduate Diploma in Dietetics, MBA and is an Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) graduate.
Lisa joins Senses having been the Manager of Transition and Operational Planning at two major hospital projects, and more recently, as the Executive Director Child and Adolescent Community Health at the Department of Health leading several metro-wide reforms.
Lisa’s vision for Senses is to ensure that clients, their families and carers have access to high quality services delivered by passionate and capable employees. Lisa wants to continue to promote the excellent history Senses has as being strong advocates and a centre of excellence for the deafblind community while continuing to strengthen and lead specialist services in the areas of early childhood intervention and autism. Lisa and the Executive team hope to grow Senses services particularly in the areas of Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination.

A graduate of Edith Cowan University Meghan holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. Meghan joined Senses Australia in 2017 having more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and extensive business success in Organisation Development across a range of organisations and sectors.
Meghan is the Executive Director of Organisational Development and Business and also holds the position of Company Secretary.
Meghan brings a strong focus on organisational direction and culture, so that staff experience a positive and supportive environment to carry our vision and values into their work activities to ensure our clients, their families and carer receive high quality services.
Responsible for: Client Experience and Support Services, Support Coordination, Human Resources, Capability and Workforce Scheduling, Information Technology, Communications, Partnerships and Public Relations.

Peter O’Sullivan graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practising Accountant. He has over 25 years’ experience in senior financial and operational management roles within Not-for-Profit organisations, publicly listed and privately owned companies.
Peter joined Senses Australia in 2019 bringing extensive experience in managing finance and operational teams and a collaborative working style. Peter works to ensure that Senses Australia meets its financial and corporate obligations and ensuring that staff at all levels of the organisation understand their contribution through internal audits and other key information.
Responsible for: Financial Forecasting, Reporting and Performance, Investment, Insurance, Property and Leasing, Fleet Management, Risk Management, Financial and Corporate Audits.
